Birth Counseling
Pregnancy is an emotional, physical and spiritual journey. An expectant mother's thoughts and emotions, the physical changes she feels within her body all impact on how she chooses to birth her baby, which will be a life transforming event. These sessions help to provide the mother with a safe, non-stressed environment where she can ask questions, talk freely, and gain advice and support.
New Parent Coaching
Many questions come up as you transition into parenthood. I will guide you through all areas of newborn development, breastfeeding, sleep, etc. Sessions are available through home visits, phone, email and Skype.
Womb Stories
As women we carry our stories in our womb, the center of life, creativity and energy. I am currently offering small groups using Mandalas to tell our stories,
heal them and create powerful new ones. These workshops are suitable for pregnant women, and women who are healing from birth trauma.
