Sacred Painting Bahamas

Just came back from the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas. I had 3 wonderful workshops, Yantra Painting, Chakra Painting and Planet Mandalas. Students were extremely focused, creating amazing work, while sitting in silence, reciting their mantras.  For those of you that missed it, I will be there again next year!
